Solar PV Installation for Roofers — March 2027

Monday, 1 March 2027 to Friday, 5 March 2027 — five days, 09:00 to 16:00, finishing at 15:00 on the Friday.

A practical, roof-side solar course for working roofers and roofing apprentices, leading to NOCN Solar PV Installation for Roofers. You will work on our full-size training rig covering in-roof tray systems and on-roof mounting, panel layout and setting out, weatherproofing, and the roofer’s responsibilities in a solar installation.

£700 per learner. That is the total — there is no VAT and no additional charges. The fee covers tuition, all materials, use of the rig, and your NOCN registration and certification.

Ten places. A £150 deposit secures your place; the £550 balance is due 14 days before the start date.

Held at our adult training centre, Unit 6, Price Street Business Centre, Birkenhead CH41 4JQ. Learners must be 18 or over, reasonably fit and comfortable working at height. No formal qualifications needed.
